True, but that muddies the water a bit. The 1100S was a holdover of the 1100 motor in a different set of running gear. The 1200C had more in common mechanically with the 1100s than the 1150s. The 1150 family was the main product line for a long time until the introduction of the hexheads. What I think the OPs were saying is that it's unlikely that you'll see parallel production of camheads and waterboxers on the same models, say two different GS-es. But what do I know?
