    Good RR.

Funny to read the story from another point of view after having read Kox' RR from the same trip.

    Epic stuff!

What a great write up. May I ask about the camera you used?

Great photos I must say. :deal

    Thanks for your comment Unstable Rider. I use a hybrid-camera, Sony's NEX-7. It's shit-hot, very nice.
24 mega pix, and has the same sensor as Sony's SLR topmodel SLT-A77.
It's a lot smaller than a SLR camera but has a lot of the same features.

Thanks for the wonderful trip report! Excellent! Sometimes reports start out well, then they just stop short and we are all left with a mystery, but you brought us all the way with you, and shared some of your insights about riding solo compared to riding with others---that personal viewpoint makes your report even more interesting. Thanks again!!:clap:clap:clap

Hello from Portugal, again. It was a pleasure to go along with you on your journey, both the pictures and the writting were great. If it isn´t much trouble, could I ask you of an aproximate map of your journey, since I do not know the area but it became a "must do" because of you. Greattings

Nicely presented ride report Panzerrocket. You do take very nice photos. I've been to the Mosel/Eifel once but didn't venture into Belgium, I regret that now. I will also have to have a look at the Saurland. Did it occur to you to visit the Nurburgring as you were in the area? Worth the 20 Euro the charge for a lap, next time perhaps. Thanks again. Sid

Hi again Ninjaalentejano, thanks for your comment.
Regarding the map, it's no trouble, just that I don't know how to make and upload maps :huh
I'll try to look into it.

Hi MikJogg, thanks for your comment. Hav a good trip yourself, to Mosel-Eifel.
Kox's trip can be found here http://www.motorcykelforum.dk/forum/f51/ardennerne-baton-rouge-2012-et-rovhuls-beretning-19883/
It's in danish, but try with google translater. The report is funny as hell, Kox has some excellent writing-skills.

Yes I did think about Nürburgring, but as you say, perhaps next time.
