PackMule suggested posting up a thread to promote my art. If it's spam, please let me know, but I'd be happy to discuss art and what I do on canvas!

I started painting in ..........ugh brain fade...........2000? Crickey, has it been that long? :lol3

The first one was a Noriyuki Haga for my husband. Then a Wayne Rainey, Aaron Yates, Frankie Chili, and then I was hooked. Valentino, Nicky, Toseland, Eric Bostrom, Edwards, Hodgson, Schwantz, DiSalvo, Mladin, Duhamel,Stoner have all been on the easel. All of those were in acrylic. My good friend Alan Jones and my hubby have been pushing me to try oils. So John Deacon, and Josh Hayes have been done in oil. The Deacon was just finished and Hayes is predicted to be done about April 2010.

The link to this part of my site has all the goodies to look at. I welcome questions about my hobby. The Hayes should be done soon, so I'll just keep adding to this thread.

No flat tracker work? I can't imagine that 3 XR750s lined up for trun one wouldn't make a great looking painting!

Ah, another forum where I get to talk to myself........oh well. :norton

At least I know what the conversation will be about.

Alright ladies and gents, maybe this will drum up some enthusiasm. This is the latest painting, it will be unveiled at Santa Rosa BMW and Triumph's open House on May 1st. Come on out and support a great little dealership.

So, will the sneak peak be enough? Or do you want to see the whole thing?

Mine is Springer, the latest in a series of racers carrying the number nine . . . . .

go watch a race -- the visuals are very engaging, and it's a market that is underserved, I'm thinkin

I couldn't paint my way out of a paper sack,:lol3 but it is always a pleasure to see your new creations. Having seen so much of your work in person, I have to say each one you do tops the last one. The pics just can't do them the justice they deserve. I hope one day to see your art hanging on a gallery wall for every one to be able to see them...and buy...:D

Flat Track would be cool! Hang out at the end of the straight away. WOOHOO man when they go flying by!!!!:clap

What brand/type of brush do you use? Is one better than another? I use to make a wooden handle for a boar's hair brush for a very large company. I made a LOT of them. After my shop fire I only have a partially burned one to remind me of all that work. :bluduh

I'm not one to be a brush fanatic. I go thru so many triple zeros that I've stopped counting. Basically, I use whatever feels good. Sounds stupid, but it's how I paint. lol.....when are we gonna paint those panniers?

I know that if I left you with my expressed wish that pink not be on my bike you would follow my wish right up to the point that your sense of humor over rode your brain and you found a spot I might not see and do it anyway just to get me to laugh when I did see it...and I would (laugh)...because You know Me that well...:D

    But please, no flames...:huh
