It's a NSR, probably Max Biaggi. Could be a 250 though.
Biaggi rode a Marlboro Yamaha 500 some. 250's were twins in that era.
The picture on the wall above the engine could be a NSR250. Biaggi rode a Marlboro-sponsored NSR250. Look at the fairing: You can just make out the NS in NSR.
The engine on the stand is obviously a 500 v-4.
Do you have any more of the blue H2?
A little over-restored for my taste (I laike to actually ride them) but it is an outstanding job.

I think that is what it is. It was on display at the Half Moon Bay Dream Machines show. I've checked my photos and can't find a follow up to it.
