    Well--

Stonewall, dude, you've let me down. My patience is run out...

I am quite disappointed, to say the least.

These are great coolers - well made - keep stuff actually cold - and sized really well - they even come with a bottle opener on the zipper.

    I have a 24 and a 12 - I would recommend them w/o reservation

Ship it to me so I can check it out, if it leaks I will send you a new one or refund your money. If that is not acceptable, I will refund your money including shipping so you can return the cooler to me.

This is something that I do to give back to the ADV and riding community, not what I do for a living. After the discounts that I give and the time that I spend doing this I do not make any money. I have even posted here telling people to use the two for one cupon, order direct from Polarbear, and save even more money ( of which I get nothing ). Sorry that you are disappointe, so pick which option that you want and let me know.

Thanks for the reply. I am quite sure that mine is leaking (as evidenced by the wet caprt in my trock the other day :eek1 .) My only question, really, is do I have to send it back to/thru you, or can I just deal w/ Polarbear straight away?

I definitely appreciate your support and generous offers, but, to be honest, its probably easier for both of us (you in particular) if I deal w/ Polarbear directly, wouldn't you think??

Thanks again for the reply and generosity--

    Stonewall,
I use the cooler I won at W4 all the time. We took one on our trip to Canada, and as usual it worked very well. Just thought I'd put in a plug for a good product sold by a good guy.

Hope all is well with you and your family. How was your trip? Are you going to make it to WMRS V this year?

Seeing as how I can't afford to let my son shoot ih competition anymore I suppose I'll have to show up this year. Looking forward to it. BTW, the family is well...at least the one in Auburn. I'm not so sure about the Salt Lake City one.
