No, My bike was on so I could speed out of there. I think that those crazy lines are a reflection from my headlight. A very nice spot! I particularly like the second photo where Alice looks like she is feeding the clouds.

Thanks for the warm welcome folks and yes I do know Josh who encouraged me to finally join ADV after being a "lurker" for several years. This is a fun game too...

The spot is on the North East side of Roosevelt, not the NW as I stated earlier.

    Sorry :D

Nice get, Dafe, and nice shots.

What kind of panniers are you sporting?

It's my favorite rusty metal gear around! You would think with the massive oil spill they could have lubed this guy.

Nice one, your pic is nice and crisp! I know it was kinda near those shit fermentors which have been tagged before but I really like that rusty thing and my dog was itchin' for a ride.

I made them for my dog. I rode him all the way to Duluth this summer. I needed cases with lids that were easy to strap back so I could ride with them open. I upgraded this winter and added a heated blanket to keep him warm on the wintery ride to work. :D

So you can call them "Dafe Casses"

I was hoping to get a new tag up tonight, but the spot I had in mind didn't have the view I hoped for. Hopefully I can beat the weather, but it's looking a bit dubious.

You left too early. They usually come out around 5am so that the working class men and outbound truck drivers can get a quickie to start their day.

Please dont ask me how I know.

You'll need knobbies. And a sturdy shovel. And a snow blower. Some rock salt wouldn't hurt. And, please bring a hot chocolate for me. :lol3

(No, this is not really the tag. Or, maybe it is, today?)

So Mayor Bloomberg decided to grant us a day off of school today. He said it would be too dangerous for the kids and the teachers to get to travel on the streets.
I thanked him and slept late, shoveled, then went for a bicycle ride, did some reading, a real lazy day. Then Ginzer mentioned that I should take my motorcycle out and go grab the tag Wiseblood posted. I went and looked at the tag, did a bunch of sleuthing and well here is the result.

That fuzzy pic of Lynn's Riding School is killing my eyes. Bring a tripod or learn about ISO expansion next time...

Or is is it too cold, too icy, wrong tires, diaper rash bothering me, or something else?:D

Oh and I did forget my tripod.

To answer the question quite literally, because Jesse has not surrendered the "tag", which looks to me like it was posted in jest anyway. Gotta play by the rules.

    That and my pussy hurts.

Seriously, my wife came home about 5 minutes before Rich arrived. She said she saw some guy on a motorcycle riding around the 'hood, and I knew it was one of you FF!

It's hard to see in this picture, but Rich has a special pouch in his winter riding pants to protect his elephantine balls. I didn't know Gerbing made such a thing, but, there you go. :eek1

Bravo! :clap You are a true FF. And, the tag is certainly yours.
