I've never seen another Megamoto on the road, seen a few Enduro's about though.

I know Dave T on UKGS'er has one and he's about 25 miles away, that must be the closest.

Like you say, good news as far as I'm concerned :D

I have just added the provision to mount the ADV top box using the bracket (P/N : 71607696292) from the 800GS and lower part of the Touratech rack.

Touratech rack and with top plate removed:

800GS bracket mated to the Touratech bracket. Need to drill a couple of holes for the M8 bolts (supplied with the GS bracket) and the bolts need to be shortened.

    Done :

Added some cushion (tap rubber washer sandwiched between 2 metal washers) between the GS and Touratech brackets at the 4 bolting points:

Let me take away your pain and suffering... I will trade you my 07 R1200GS that has a lot o storage and fuel capacity, for that unfortunate HP2 MM that has no storage and limited touring capacity...:evil :evil :evil :evil

Think my bike will out "GS" your GS any time, why would I wanna trade.

I had been looking for a good road bike (to me that is) for 1 up riding and I have found it in the MM, just needed a little work. With some tools and within an hour, I can revert it back to a HP2. With the same tools and time, a GS will still be a ..... we'll leave it at that shall we....:D I would know, I had one.

A motard this bike is not, no matter what the sticker says, but as a great touring bike that can cover both good and bad roads, its hard to find a better bike. So I will be keeping it, funny blue wheels and all...... now where did I put Woody's number... kekeke

I did the same modif. as Cyclop but with Markus underseat-tank & Vario Topcase.
I think that in this config, the MM is the best tool for multi-purpose activities :ear

    Here is mine :

No, but then I haven't ridden it since I fitted them :evil :evil

Too much salt on the roads in the UK at the moment for the MM I'm afraid :(:, so I've been riding the CCM and the Rockster over the winter :D :D

Don't want to get it in a state like this -
