As MrP says, i was referring to the stand relay, which is just a mysterious breakdown waiting to happen.

The main complaint i recall hearing about the loom my friend made was that he ran the wires through heat shrink tubing, which sounded like a good idea at the time and looked nice, but meant he couldn't troubleshoot or make any adjustments without making a right mess of it all. Simplest way is to just wind tape around it.

Started fitting up the stainless CRF250X muffler today. Initial weights indicate it will be about a pound less than stock, and has an approved spark arrestor in it. I was worried that it was only a 250 muffler but the inlet is 1.5" and the DR350 header pipe is 1.375". Plenty big, should be a nice throaty growl. It bolted right to an unused threaded hole from the grab bar.

It was about 3" too short to fit right up to the header so I'll make up a reducer flange tomorrow

I think it will work out fine. It angles up some but it matches the side panel line and doesn't stick out as far to the rear as stocker

Looks like plenty of tire clearance

As soon as I get the muffler on and finished we will be done! It's the last thing to weigh.

Now I just need to reassemble the final parts. Get some oil in it and weigh the whole bike. Any guesses as to the total spreadsheet reduction?
