I'd totally have one of those little buggers if they put a 6 in it and it had a little towing capacity. They're cool.
I belive tow capacity is 2500 lbs. I am with you I would like a small diesel version that towed 5k

It weighs a ton
What is it with newer trucks and heavy gates? My Titan's also weighs a ton. You could use a mesh gate for the trailering season.
will the jack post clear the gate? If it does try a top wind jack. like such:
The Transit will have those things but is much larger.
The TC has been redesigned for the 2014 model year.

Now he's got your email address.
Scams like this are showing up all the time... super low price on a popular item.
Yeah, one of them.....................along with other spammers
Shoulda known it was to good to be true, but where does one draw the line on "smoking deal" or "no fucking way"?
That's where the hotmail account comes in handy.
As somebody who's been looking for a van on CL and elsewhere for a year or so, I can tell you look for weird language in the ad. I found an "almost too good" ad last month but something in it was worded oddly. I grabbed that sentence and googled it and hmm, what do you know, the same van was advertised in three different cities and I don't mean adjacent cities.
SF, San Antonio and somewhere in Ontario...:huh
But stupid good deals do happen so I just keep a spam email address and just use it for this kind of stuff.
Finally found a Sprinter.
I'm going to kit it out as a weekender/portable office. I can fit the DRZ inside and run over to the Nat'l Forest and have a big old box to sleep in if the weather gets nasty. And on longer trips I can haul my Casita.
So now you're a happy f'n guy?
You've talked about your lust of these for a while now. Congratulations on finding one. I think maybe I'll start a hppyfngy's Sprinter thread.
You mean I didn't start a Sprinter Search Thread on here? :huh
Guess maybe it'll have to be a Sprinter Weekender Build thread instead.
For sale in FM, a true light camper,
If this is still there my next day off I'm going to pick it up. Does anyone know anything about it? Apparently it was made by Uniflite or Unicraft in Bellingham Washington for a while. It's just the bare shell with no frame under it. I was thinking about throwing it on a lightweight harbor freight frame, giving it a clean and polish and using it as-is for a while. Next would be lights, maybe some sort of outdoor galley and an awning.
