    I slapped that yellow ADV sticker on there back in 08. I thought it was crazy to not have a proper ADV tag on it somewhere.

    Alcan Rider, it great to meet you at the Hart D Ranch!
    Thank you for the riding tips. Unfortunately, we had mostly rain until we reached Fairbanks. Regardless, the scenery was beautiful and the trip was fantastic.
    I will definitely be back.

    Glad I got to meet you two. Sorry about the weather - it's been a cool, wet summer so far... kind of a mild winter. Coming back down I was riding in rain from the Yukon River to Delta, then it dried out for the rest of the way. We had a hot 4th here, and I need to change tires on my KLR for a ride up the Nabesna Rd, followed by McCarthy/Kennicott, then Valdez. It's rough, but a guy's gotta do it. :lol3

    In 2011 its was rainy and cool...better that way no BUGS!:D

    Many don't ride the McCarthy road...we did and I loved it....beautiful pics...going to head back up there soon
