South America, Vietnam, and the Himalayas . I'm in training.
Thanks for the kudos.
" My humble thanks was expressed with meat and potatoes."..........
That was a FANTASTICK meal!!!!......Doc has got a "way" with meat and potatoes!!!!
I just setup a WR250r for my wife with a Yamalink.............It works Great!!!.
PM me for details!
+1 on the Yamalink. I've got a 28.5" inseam myself. You can lower the stock suspension about an inch, + Yamalink, + shave seat foam (and install gel insert) and you'll be on the balls of both feet!
I am Yama-linked and by tomorrow will be "Seat Concepted" with a new WR250R seat which is supposed to be wider (ahhh) and 3/4 inch lower. Seat Concepts in California got my stock seat pan fitted and back in the mail in two days!
Thanks for the teasers, Scott! Hope you're feeling better.
Today we'd say goodbye to two M10 riders, and continue south enjoying the Colorado mountains, foliage, and scenery with a gas stop at Toponas. We had a couple blocked route episodes, but those were more than made up for by some areas I had questions about from the maps, but turned out to go through, and were pretty awesome. We ended the day at a primo camp spot near Radium.
Early morning double Mobius graduation ceremony: Big Dog would be peeling off sometime mid-day, don't he look proud?
and Steve earned his stripes, and was headed to visit a friend in Fort Collins, I believe, which was due East of us.
It was a privilege riding with both of you, and I look forward to seeing you again!
"The parting of the ways"
Yeh---just what we needed----a band aid and a condom.
sit-down breakfast, and I popped into the Napa to see if we could get a new bearing for Blueberry's steering. No such luck. We suited up, and got the show back on the road.

We were in the Arapaho Wildlife Refuge Area,
And as usual, there was some confusion regarding what was legal to ride and what wasn't.
Or maybe not.

OK, now this clarifies the issue.
a little cut-across,
a little go-around and... before you could say "hazed and confused", we were entering our next section in the Routt N.F.
The forests had been literally on fire our whole trip, now they were just visually "on fire"
We all kept stopping to take pitchers. Ever wonder what fall leaves look like in infra-red?

We passed a little pond, and stopped again. We were in no particular hurry, just soaking it all in.
Mark made the "ride-by" video somewhere around here.
What a treat!
:huh Wha.... You always get the cool stuff BigDog, I just got a NYFD pin and card.

Taking Francine out for a date. Shouldn't y'all be watching a football game or something?
Enjoy the evening with Francine, she deserves a night on the town. I'm not connected to national TV so I will probably pay bills and watch LoTR.
What's this football super bowl thing ??
Is it that the little round white ball, the big orange one-----or the one that is pointy on both ends ?????
Superbowl------sounds like a new model dual-sport to me :huh:huh:huh I dunno
Superbowl performance carburetors™, ask for them by name!
Could be our new sponsor?
My vote is to stay with the "Tassels'!!!!
They are "Magical'!!!!!
