Hello. Looking for people in and around Naperville, Illinois that love life on two wheels...
Is there anyone else out there? I would love to hear from you!
I have recently started a page on Facebook, http://www.facebook.com/NapervilleScooter, and am hoping to grow a community of people to share pictures, take rides, and meet up from time to time...
So if you live in the western suburbs of Chicago, please visit the page and click like...
The page is in it's infancy, but I am excited to see it grow!
    Thanks!
    Ken

Were you at Scootoberfest in Lake Geneva? I saw a scoot just like this.

Yes, we go to most of the rides up there. I also had the Zebra scooter parked there, my daughter rides it and we have a green Buddy 150.

Itasca here (NW 'burb near Woodfield Mall). With winter approaching, I don't know how many more rides I'll be doing. I have a DR650 and a VTR250 Interceptor, too. I'll check out the FB page. :D I have a Reflex just like the one that's parked to the right of Salty's Zebra.

I'm in Grayslake. I used to ride with the Fox Valley Scooter Club. There was a guy from Naperville who rode a 150cc. He rode it everywhere, even out to Galena.

I recognized the zebra zuma from Amerivespa and thought I recognized the side car rig as well.

That's about what I hope to get, too (another month). I'm off to France on November 14 and will return just after Thanksgiving. If I can get in another week or so after that, I'll be thrilled.

Hi Bronco. I rode in a thunderstorm today to the gym. Real wet. Supposed to be fairly warm the rest of the week!

I managed to dodge those storms yesterday. :D This week is a real treat with temps in the 70s, if not a little damp. I'll take it though. If next week is anything like this weekend is forecast to be, it's time for a the cold weather gear....

Yep, chilly this AM but I found the neck wrap for my Field Sheer jacket last night. That was a big help. And, yeah, at this time of the year, you need a full face helmet. Although, the Reflex's wind screen messes with the way the air flows thru my Arai. So, I have to ride with the visor cracked open to keep it from fogging (on second thought, I recently closed the rear vents, I wonder if I need to leave them open so the helmet can flow some air.....:hmmmmm)

Hi Bronco. I had a must do for work tonight that took me to Addison and back. Probably 35 miles, and did not dress accordingly. Needed another layer for sure.
I will need to buy a car soon!
    Thanks again!
