Geez, they must be paving that Hwy 5 agressively!! I was through there in 2007, and the pavement lasted about 1/4 mile south of Puertocitos.
Goes all the way to Gonzaga where they're working on this bridge.
After that it looks like the route to Coco's is next....
I'm glad I visited Gonzaga before it gets all populated out, and full of drugs, violence, etc. Beautifull place.
Is this in Baja, Mexico?
Yup,,,,as I remember,,,,100 miles south of San Felipe?? On the east coast. Gonzaga Bay is glorious, beautifull. Hope it lasts.

A BMW' touring in the back of a pick-up truck
HP2 Sport, not really a touring bike.
actually it is his little brother, HP2 megamoto, but that are details.
i see nothing wrong with a BMW on a truck, he was in good company with the smr950r and i dont know how it is in the usa but 8 days off and 1300km to travel to your destination, putting the bike on a car is faster, cheaper, less boring and avoids a dark side tire.
the bikes in question.
Great photobomb by the #2 rider in the pic!
Why are ya'll holding up the 2 up cruiser and the 3 wheeler?
Cause the guy in front of us was so damn slow.
Great shot here.
Darryl does know how to use a camera.
