So inmate RetiredandRiding ask me if I was still testing and how it was going

So far the results have been excellent

Im very pleased with the outcome

Im gonna wear this new tire out street riding only and by then Ill be 100% convinced its safe

This is the second new pusher since testing began the first went 5k with no failure or other issues

    . GOPR0075.JPG

    Now for some inside info

As much as I luv the Tubliss system and I've been using them since Gen 1

I've wondered if some would see safety and cost as a deciding factor on actually using it

So what if I told you I've developed and have been testing along side the Tubliss a new Tubeless design that is just as effective and just as safe without the higher cost and complexity of the Tubliss system which cost around $200 per wheel if you mount it yourself which can be a little tricky the first time

I will continue to test and run the Tubliss but Im going to ramp up street testing on the TurTal tubeless design

With my simple but unique multi step process you will be able to convert Urals spoked tubed wheel either steel or aluminum to Tubeless safely

It also runs cooler than the Tubed or Tubliss design and this should contribute to longer tire life

Imagine a day with no more spare

Imagine a day if you do get a flat you need nothing more than a plug kit and 5 min to fix it

A day without bruised or bleeding knuckles.....No more spare tubes or carrying tire irons

No more waiting on the Tow Truck if you're not physically able to repair the flat with or without a spare

Well guess what?..........that day is here!................Please stand by

    Cheers!

Put me down for 3. If you can ship to Vietnam, I can drum up a LOT of business for you with the motorcycle touring companies and individuals.

Thank you R&R my friend for the offer but I'm not doing it for profit

I will make a video showing the exact steps so that any Ural owner can do his or her own wheels

There's no charge on my part...the info is free

If you make money from it that's awesome

Theres some final stress testing to be done but I should have everything ready to present very soon

I'm really happy with how it's worked out and I appreciate the interest

    Cheers!

    No apology necessary

I was humbled by your generosity

Just having fun trying to figure stuff out

Thought this might be something worth passing on if it solves what I consider a real pita

    Those tubes are evil man

Kinda off topic but my inexpensive Chinese 2012 DF250RTB bike has tubeless tires on spokes wheels. No sure how it is done as I have never had the tires off. Maybe o rings on the spokes or rim strip ? Never leaked any air.

Very nice. On my fat (pedal) bike, I have successfully used Gorilla Tape to convert tube rims to tubeless. I wonder if you are doing something similar?

    No tapes

    No Glues or Caulks

    No O-Rings

So how do I keep the atmosphere from leaking out?

    Well

I guess I can divulge that it does take over 100 baby turtles to produce one of the secret ingredients

I flash steam them to extract their special essence also known as T7 goo juice extract

I don't think they feel any pain

I'm not 100% sure about that but I can't hear any screaming when I throw the switch

I'm just trying to keep it all natural and non toxic

You know...Mother Earth and all that

    Cheers!

Easily done like the bicycle guys do it with Stan's Notubes. https://www.notubes.com/ I was using Stan's system 15 years ago when I was racing mountain bikes.
