For those who don't want to be constrained by state lines, here's the Northern New England Tag-o-Rama. :webers

There's a twist or two in the rules, so pay attention!

    • The Area of Play is: all of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont, and Massachusetts NORTH of I-90
    • The 50 MILE RULE: Tags must me moved a MINIMUM of 50 travel miles.
    • If the new tag is not posted WITHIN 48 HOURS of a claim, the tag reverts to the previous tag in play.
If you don't expect to be able to move the tag 50 miles within 48 hours, think about whether you should be claiming the tag in the first place.
    • This is ADVRider; tags on dirt roads are cool -- as long as knobbies aren't required to claim it.
    • The 2x2 Rule: After claiming and posting a new tag, you must wait 2 tags or 2 days (whichever is shorter) to jump back into the mix.

With that, I give you the opening tag:

You might have to get a little bit wild to get the correct angle of this cat. :deal

I was wondering which one of us was going to start something like this.

Unfortunately, I have the next 6 days to ride but the forecast looks sunny.

    Nice job, Nate.:thumb

Not my area, but I like the rule of moving it 50 miles.

    EC,

Just how many vanity plates do you have? Nice grab, by the way. I think this one is going to get interesting very quickly...

For those wondering, this is the wildcat statue in front of the Whittemore Center arena, on the UNH campus in Durham.

Not the most elegant of tags but if you choose your path wisely there's some good riding in the area.:deal

Still haven't gotten it..I think to many people focus on being tricky and clever instead of just riding.

If it aint dog simple I aint gonna find it.:lol3 I just have no interweb searching skills...and no I don't want lessons

Trust me. You get here and you'll have focused on riding.:deal :lol3

It's about as far southwest in Mass as yer gonna ride and stay above the I-90 bound. Actually, there is one other road but I liked this spot better for some reason.

And no. It's not Gerry Rafferty's home town (or maybe it is...:scratch ) but it is Baker Street.

Can't help you with the map. You'll have to do that on your own. Try Google Maps:D Do yourself a favor and find the secondary roads. Good stuff out in that part of the state.:deal

    Hope you're feeling better.

The Only problem I can see with the location of that bottle opener...is that you might burn your hand if you use it while riding. :D

ATGATT - including gloves.:deal Flip up helmet is usefull as well.:D

When I mounted it on this KLR (the one farkle that came off the old one) I angled it a bit more so the exhaust was harder to get. Still have to be careful. And, no, it isn't actually used while riding, folks.

    Go grab the tag whizzerwheel!
