Wow, how did I get into the WTF thread?
When I took that picture, I thought I was in WTF-Ville!!!!!
I think it's near this?
Total WAG: 3 Creek Road
No. But it is on a two digit forest road, like Three Creeks' FS16
Still in the Lava Lovers' Zone........
Can I guess even if I was never there? I remember an old acquaintance talking about this. I remember where he was, and could take a stab at the FS road. If you'd rather me not say, no problem.
Just north of Coco's Corner.
Way too many trees for Coco's Corner and not enough beer cans.
Well, it's still Bethel Ridge Rd. & Apple jam got that one awhile ago! If you do make it there I dare you to ride the road it's self and not out in the dirt! Just ask Crashclay what she thinks of it... And that was the nice part!
Haha, you'll get this AJ and maybe Ladukebob but is this where the "Y" ended up that used to be out by Tum-a-lum!
SW Warm Springs Road USFS-12
I want to say the art looks like something you would see near LaPine, but the forest looks more Camp Shermanish.
That's pretty cool that that's the old "Y" Inn sign. Bit of history there and an old Hood River landmark.
Can't wait to see where it's located.
Hay, I didn't say it was but it sure looks like it. I think the "Y" that was here in the Hood was a bit larger!
Damn!!!!!! You got me. I thought you guys had solved the mystery of the missing "Y"
Bingo was his name-o !!!!!
Warm Springs Rd. North of Santiam Hwy 20 about 20 miles....
The Metolius River is between that road-art and Camp Sherman
I don't know anything about that,
I just saw it out on FS12 last Fall,
and have been waiting for my turn here to post it!
What, you don't remember the "Y"?
And he calls himself a "local" sheesh
Been trying to find an old photo of the place but not having any luck.
What is the name of this road? I'm heading mostly north and uphill here. Or what FS road does it become?
Lower Imnaha Road that becomes FS-4260.
