Not Crab Creek but there is water there at times. When we were there the creek bed was dry. The green in the above picture isn't where the water is, there is a road over there next to those rocks.

It looks like rural Spokane to me. Maybe by Cheney or something?

It does look like around Connell or even rural to Spokane or even Odessa but it not close to any of those. :D

Let me see what I can find for another picture.

I have Odessa on my mind because 4 of the 5 AARP gang from the Baja Ride are signed up for the Dual Sport Ride at the Desert 100 on Sat. and two are considering racing on Sunday, one as a Super Senior and the other as a Legend. I plan to cheer them on. :clap

The Super Senior is in this picture and even though we both look confused we knew where we were. :lol3 Have you figure out what road we are next too and/or what creek runs by there when there's water in it?

The windmill in the last pic makes me want to move south. Somewhere around Goldendale or east of there slightly, more towards the Columbia.

Still just barely better than the WAG I had earlier. :1drink

I don't know where White Creek is and Wiskey Dick is still too far North.

    BlueSmokeWrench is getting closer.

The windmill was a real hint for me as well.

White creek wind farm is located near Goodnoe hills between Goldendale and Roosevelt WA.

So I guess Rock creek, Chamberlin-Goodnoe, Goodnoe station, or Hoctor Rds.

Rock Creek it is!!!! Whahoo Rocky got it.:thumb

I thought the smoke rising up from the hills from the fire near Goldendale last summer would give the clue that would get people there. I didn't think the windmill would do it since there are so many of them all over the place.

    Good job :clap

I thought you may have taken that picture on your way to or from the ladies ride, so I dug the maps out and started researching once I saw the windmill. We've ridden some of the Roads around Goodnoe Hills but our pics didn't have the cars in them, so I'm guessing we haven't ridden Rock Creek Road.

Thanks for making me dig the maps out and research some of the Area between Spokane and Biggs!

OMB, the area Alan guessed is located on pages 87 & 88 of the 2004 BM Maps, I have the old maps and he was using a newer set, there is some great riding in that area, and yes some of it is real rough. :lol3 We have ridden it before with Hayshaker and his buddy OMT, I believe we first met MasterMarine on one of those rides and he was riding his kool Kawasaki.

I have to go look for a photo.
