It's in Idaho
I already knew that. This one is giving me a headache.
All I can say is you are going to be mighty upset with yourself if you don't get this one, before some outta stater does!
I can name a couple that it isn't with fair certainty!
it ain't Pinion Peak,,,
Once you get back to camp, you have a nice hot springs pool waiting for you!
Iron Mountain Lookout.
TR383 you're up!
Name this valley. It's kind of obscure unless you have read the sign that is just out of the picture. Not named on any of my maps. Watch Katy get it right off the bat.
I'm going to read between the lines and take that as a request for a hint.
Hint #1: It's in Oregon about halfway between my house and yours.
This is a crazy WAG I don't recognize the valley in your picture, but I am haunted by your clue and will feel really dumb if I don't give it a try!
Pine Valley is my guess and not only would it be about halfway between our houses Halfway Oregon is located in Pine Valley.
Hint #2: West of I84
Hint #3: The picture was taken from the Blue Mountain OHV Trail.
looks like the south fork of the Burnt River... I don't know the name of the valley, my map is not that good.
Not the Burnt River. Guess again Ed.
One big WAG....How 'bout The Olmstead Meadow.
I don't think it is, just does not look right but I'll throw it out there. Whitney
You're good! It doesn't look right when I looked at Google earth either. But here is the proof.
Okay, photo is on the way! Just so you know "Crashclay" did this to me! I was trying to stay clean and not play with this thread but she was sitting around this morning taunting me with the the fact that no one had got this one yet. So much for "Location Thread rehab"!
