Is this something you can add to any goggle or is it sold built in to specific goggle?

Most memorable ride I had at Pachaug!
Just get a dual pane lens for your goggles. problem solved.
Last summer I lurked around here and almost made a few complete laps at Pachaug, got lost mostly I think. Hopefully this year I can squeeze in some rides with you guys. Every pic and video leaves me wanting.
That's a homemade one on the top pic. But they do sell a sealed unit to add to your current goggle, or buy a complete goggle with a fan aready installed.
Akarob mentioned them being unusable due to high pitch noise, I assume the mfgr was using the tinniest fan running at max rpm.
Perhaps a bigger quieter fan running on a dimmer switch could be used, as in the homemade version above.
Because running without eye protection is something I won't due.
Fresh meat is always welcomed!
Whats the ground report out there? Snow? how much? studs needed? thinking of maybe makin a trek this week
Especially if they are willing to perform for the camera like nobody.
I got out on Hell Hollow pond with the ice screws and quickly proceeded to break my collar bone. Thankfully someone showed up and helped me load the bike. Armond, If you read this, thanks.
That sucks.get better soon.better riding weather is going to be here soon. Good thing you got help to load bike.I would have had same problem when I broke my knee if I was alone.
I did see guy with a winch setup to load his bike.I thought he was crazy but now doesn't seem like a bad idea.
Wow! Sorry o hear that. Heal fast.
Second that. If you want fog free for regular riding they say Pro Grip get it done. I got 'em and they don't fog!
That suks Rob, They heal quick though.. I think they are a 4 week on mountain bike and 6 week Dirt bike...
Dam! Sorry to hear that Rob. Here's to healing up quickly! Self medicate when ever possible.
Ouch. I hear those are extremely painful. Heal up quick!
So how'd it happen? Helmet did it or landed on it on the ice?
Crap.. sorry to hear that Rob.. I broke mine back in 09 when I was Tboned by a car. My advice is dont push the comeback too hard... I thought it was pretty cool that four weeks after breaking my collarbone and three ribs I was playing in a golf tournament.. well it turns out that even though it didnt hurt too bad, I never gave my clavicle time to heal and it never stitched.. so I guess technically I still have a broke collarbone... so give it some time.
I just slid out a turn and kind of fell back. Normally no big deal, but the helmet is what caused the isolated pressure point on my bone. Here's a nice cringe worthy picture.
Damn kid,, you broke it good. Do they open you up to repair a break like that? It seems too far out of alignment to try pushing it back into place and hoping it heals on it's own.. If your doctor thinks a "bone growth stimulator" is a good idea I have one you can use.. I think the bill to my insurance co. for the unit was just under a ridiculous $5K of which insurance covered most of it but I still got hit with a bill for well over $500 after the insurance coverage.. here's a link...
If ya need help unloading or whatever else, just post up!
What was more painful, the break or telling MrsAkarob?
