That's pretty good, I am still hurtin pretty bad and sleep comes in 1-2 hour spurts. Can't sleep on my right side still. Sucks, rotator is a MF'er and add the torn bicep tendon in is just a double suck from what I've been told. I'm jonesing though, bike is ready. If I can't ride for C&R, I'll prolly throw some pallets in the truck and stop by to say hello.

Good vid Ken 2, riding by yourself?

That doesn't sound good P. The Percosets don't knock you out? I find they only lasted a couple hours so that's probably why you only get that much sleep. Hope you heal up pretty soon, that sounds rough.

Yes I rode by myself. George wasn't ready I made it 10 min.late.one guy was there but I didn't want to slow him down. I found my way around ok .missed a few arrows and had to go back and look again. Tracks made it easier but not on paved roads.I pushed a fair pace but not crazy. Need to soften bike up a bit too.

Did my shoulder in summer of 2010, still hurting. I was back to riding in few weeks (just easy road trips) but could not sleep for 6 month, now 30 some month later still some pain and limited strength/motion

    Ambien, also known as (zolpidem).
Ask for it by name from your doctor.

Take one 15 minutes before bed on an empty stomach, and you'll sleep like a baby for 8 hours.

I don't know, if a Oxycotin 12 hour release 10 mg and two percs don't do it I'm not so confident in the ambien. :eek1
