So, the last time I went by One Eye'd Mary's place was the weekend before last. It appeared unmaintained and I fear the place is in distress. I looked it up on Zillow and it's not for sale, but I did get the estimate of $150k for 20 acres. If the link works, on the right side, map button, use ariel view without changing the zoom and it should show all the fields. That place is REALLY underutilized.

    • Bedrooms:4 beds
    • Bathrooms:1 bath
    • Single Family:1,239 sq ft
    • Lot:20.6 acres
    • Year Built:1867
    • Heating Type:Forced air

You couldn't ask for a nicer place to live if your hobby was, oh, pretty much ANYTHING. :D

Those were creative use of X arrows. Cut them in half and you have an arrow. Actually 2 arrows. The guys (guy) that laid out new trail must not have had enough arrows, so they cut X's in half. So on some new trail, there were ribbons on trees, half X arrows and official arrows. How could you possibly get lost? :lol3

That was the place with the barn on the left, house on the right we passed later in the day? $150k for 20 acres seems like a deal.

Correct, there's usually a herd of cows/bulls there. The grass looked long and the crops looked unharvested.

That is Rummels section (property). Yes, if you bushwack in there, you have a very good chance of screwing up because I'm sure the trails are very close together.

Well said. My bike is tip-top right now. I just got done with all the necessary maintenance. If I have time, I'm starting with some pruners on Mt Misery and taking a bunch of head slappers down.

Flags up, tent up, gear on, BRAAAAP :D

Well, I lost my skid plate up on the northern loop on Saturday. I re-rode the southern part so I don't think it's there. If anyone sees it, please let me know - or if anyone has one in the garage they want to turn into some $$, also let me know.

    It's the black plastic one for a 2008-2010 450xc-w/exc p/n 78003190000

I have an extra one. It's brand new never mounted. It's for my 2011 250xcfw but I'd bet it will fit your 450.
