Yes, but got a cheap-o light and that guard likely costs more than my light. That looks great though. Looks like a solid $300 in parts right there.

Let me know if you need some milling or lathe work done. Buddy down the street has a tubing bender if need be. Sure we can come up with something on the cheap.

That's when Husky was a Husky rather than a mix of this and that. Uh oh, I can feel the Dousche comment coming! Although I dont have a Veyron.

    I would be all over that, but I just de-smogged my 690, and I'm 3/4 of the way through a rebuild of a '75 RD250 - I have too many projects/toys...

That looks just like the bike I had. A 250 tricked out by Al Zitta. Probably the best handling bike I ever had. Got B HiPoint in 1982 (yes, I still have the trophy..lol) only issue with some of those is they broke the rear motor mount which was part of the engine case.

My son had the identical Husky. I couldn't believe how much better (faster) he
could ride with this vs. the Japanese enduro bikes.

we raced enduros uphill both ways and it was all mud and the suspensions only worked on the trailer on the way to the event to make the tie-downs work. The brakes were the bottom of your boots. And while you were makin poo in yer pants we were pickin up trophies.:lol3
