You beat me to it! But since the Moonshine Lunch Run is comming up I'll revisit it anyway.

Stopped by my all time favorite local eatery. Caps on the water. Half way between St Augustine Fl and Jacksonville Beach on the Intercoastal waterway.

Lunch Rocked! Garilc Oysters with Parmesan and Ahi tuna Tacos. I actually ordered Red beans and rice but the fries that came with it weren't bad.

They have the worlds coolest bathroom... Yeah I know. Weird to bring it up but its "out there" especially if you;re into 70's/80's culture!

At Podere del Grillo they will be happy to cut you fresh bread, and make two pannini.
One with pecorino, the other with lonzino al vino santo. The latter made by Macelleria Falaschi in San Miniato.
After lunch they will make, and then serve, one single coffee for you.
Put that lot between two slices of bread and you have a real breakfast. Bradford, Yorkshire style.
We call it an EKG with a side of angina.

Catch of the day at The Angry Trout in Gran Marais MN. What a fantastic restaurant on Lake Superior!
Is that blood sausage on the top right? Ate a lot of that as a kid until I figured out what it was.
best eaten by removing the top and placing it icing up on the bottom....the custard does not squeeze out all over the place......
We spend a month in Grand Marais,MN in our Airstream about 100 yards from the Angry Trout restaurant. Great place. Great Town. Great food.
Everyday there must be 100 motorcycles riding by. All kinds.

On a more sombre note, is the Bakey still standing? Been to Christchurch, and it is a lovely place, so sad.
Erm.... I know most folks do, but could you say what your food is when you post pictures for those of us not wise in the ways of road foodz?
Yes it is, commonly known as black pudding. That is the usual reaction, tastes great until you find out what it is.
