The oldest Republic in the world has a castle on a hill.
It's called Mount Titano and was the refuge for
the enterprising peasants of San Marino when they created
their little republic in the 13th century.

It takes some sweat to check out the castle on the top
even though the whole country can be ridden end to end
    in twenty minutes:

But being a good tourist I checked out the local brew.

Titanbrau. Named for the mountain, suitably.

BBQ: Shack by the Track in St George, GA. It's just across the border of the St Mary's river.

Pizza: Al's, Carmines Pie House, Pizza Palace, Moon River

    Mexican: La Napolera

Burgers: T-Rays in Fernandiana, The Loop

    Japanese/sushi: Sake House

    Roach coach: Gormet Aviator

Diner food: Southern Grille, Crazy Egg

    Ice Cream: Dreamette

Upscale: Wine Cellar, River City Brewing Company

There are others also, but most of what I can think of off the top of my head.

Is it "road food" if you're just doing the beer run and want breakfast?

Not completely sure. Here is a pic from out front looking down the street, the Polaris dealer at the end is right near the major intersection in town.

And, the best shot I have of the front. Pay no attention to the rude person, I have no idea who he is... :lol2
