Let me add "features" to this: 3.6L engine, cupholders, glovebox...
But they still look like a bar of soap to me...
Love my Cayman R, especially the rear 3/4 view and eyeing a nice 993 or 964 (RS America!)...almost bought a used 997.1 GT3 instead but love how I can take my CR closer to the limit with complete control.
Maybe down the road would love a turbo-diesel Panamera but happy to have finally become a P-car owner.
I love the Cayman R, one of the best feeling cars I have ever driven. One of the few cars I would consider selling my 993 for.
When we lived in Germany I spent a couple years looking for my dream car...a 993 RS. Found several since ~ 1/2 of the entire production run stayed there, but too spendy for my wallet. Even without the inflated € to $ (actually deflated $ truth be told) they were going for more than a used 997 turbo.
Saw one for sale here in the US recently..."call for price"...means too much for me, at least for now:

Now that the 981 Cayman's been released you should see a few more 987R's coming onto the market...probably the best time to buy one. I'd love to pick up a 987 Boxster Spyder too...exceptionslly rare one at my local dealer right now...but SWMBO says I can't cash in my 401K!
Buddy just got his new turbo doppelgänger .....
Oh-Emm-Gee!... that is one fast sumbich.. did he get the PDK trans?
Read this and weep:
Rinty! You're on here?

Just getting in to the off-road thing but have done a good bit of road riding (mostly on BMW's).
Hey, Bill, good to see you here!
There's a few of us that are on both boards; RocketMan, and Pirahna, to name a couple more

Anybody got a good pic of a 1968 or so era 911? I have tissues handy.
That thing will run a lot better without those tennis balls plugging up the intakes!
Lets see the rest.
I've owned hundreds of cars and bikes since my first car in 1966, this car is one of the very few I ever regretted selling...
1973 Porsche 911s Targa, mechanical fuel injection, forged wheels.
This is not the exact vehicle, but too close to tell any diff without seeing the VIN
Hey PFB, is that your pic of the 950 Adv.? If so, where is that photo taken? Looks like a great ride.
