A 1962 Maico Maicoletta scooter. 14" wheels, 275cc 2-stroke single, electric start, 80 mph top speed.
Not super rare, but rare enough. 6000 total, 3000 imported to the US. I had 4, one that survived.
Currently owned, 5093 made, maybe 2000 imported to the US.

1983 Laverda RGS 1000. Barn fresh.
Damn, ya beat me to the draw Jim.
I also had one of these Yamaha GTS1000 for 3 years or so...really weird feel, or lack there of, from the front end. Fuel injection, ABS,...ahead of it's time, and priced that way also.
Moto Guzzi 850 T-3. Had it in college (mid 80's) until I tried to buy replacement parts and was told it would be three months and $75 for a turn signal lens. Swapped it for a Yamaha 650 Special. Not nearly as fun but much more friendly to a college student's budget. Wish I'd never sold that one.
The Laverda Jota 1000. Nice pic by Robert. My little Laverda, #17-100 in 1981.
I've got #42-50 into North America in 1989. World Production 700 that yr.
