Have you considered any of the Browning Buckmarks?

I'm thinking of getting one, if I ever see one available. Only one LGS even carries the Browning line.

Don't really care for them. I can get a Neos local for $250, and have yet to see a Browning.

Will join in here with my Neos. No problems with ANY ammo after about 1000 rounds.
Will let you know if something happens during this next 4300 rounds...:D

Neos might be in my future. I'll probably pick one up at academy after I get back from my Mexico trip in a couple weeks. Inevitably I'll get curious one day and get a 22/45, not like there is anything wrong with that.

Me too, and I wouldn't be surprised if a Buckmark shows up someday too.

Friend of mine bought that same "scope" for his....I went with a little smaller bushnell. We liked ours so much that we bought a second....now we have one that we can leave in the carbine, and the other for the pistol....yes I am a lazy fucker.

The carbine kit is a little spendy, but it is such a hoot....and best part it is not the gun....so you can just order the then and have it mailed to you....along the lines of an AR upper/lower kind of thing....if you get a chance give it a try...you will be happy.

One of the local shops had the carbine on the shelf for $520. Said it came with a 6" barrel also. Good deal, but im not wanting to drop that much money on this toy....yet.

Well, just did it. Went to gunbroker and saw a Neos carbine kit BIN for $250. So I did. Last one I saw went for near $400.

I PM'd him the same question. Mailed 2/1 shipped 4/30, which seems better than most.

You will love it....and it is really easy to switch back and forth....like I said I am just lazy....and the wife needed two guns for one of the games we play in the winter. I use my GSG 1911 and a Nylon 66, she likes the Neos.

I went into a Scheels sporting goods store today looking for .22 ammo. That guy has 100 times than what Scheels had on the shelves.

Got a question for you guys. Tonight I was at a fellow inmates house shooting the bull. At different points in the conversation we realized we have things we need to get rid of, and things we would like to obtain. He is way out of shooting and has a Marlin 982 .22wmr. I have a stainless steel grill I need to get rid of, and he is looking for a propane grill. Any idea what the rifle is worth? It is in very good condition, and this inmate is very particular about maintenance and cleaning of pretty much everything he owns. If they are pretty close in value, I think I might do the trade. I don't really need a .22wmr, but it would get more use than the grill is getting since it is just sitting in storage.

What kind of luck do you have with different ammo in the gsg? I was looking at one the other day and like it, and the price. Just not real sure I want to be buying special ammo like mini mags or anything along those lines.
