Shared with the 80027 FB group. This looks like something awesome to do with family in town. They just left or I'd be on the phone with you now.

Thanks for sharing that; that sort of thing really helps, I'm told.
Seems like I just missed a few good opportunities, but I'm sure there will be more. There have been some really good flying/riding days lately...

    Hello fellow Adventure Riders,

My name is Mike MacKeage. I am a Denver based Professional Photographer specializing in Architecture, Real Estate, Interior and Hospitality Photography.

Some of you may remember me from riding/racing/shooting MX and Enduros. Other than Real Estate Photography I still love to shoot action sports and landscapes. Basically anything that isn't wearing a wedding dress...

As for Real Estate Photography... I currently offer 40% off my base Real Estate Photography packages for new clients as a way to test ride my services so to speak. Base packages include a Virtual Tour and 20-35 High Quality HDR Photos.

If you'd like to place an order or discuss things with me, feel free to send a PM, email, call or text. My contact info can be found on either of my main sites below-

My first thought when I read this was - how cool would it be to fly Boulder to Moab for a weekend of riding. If it were me I'd reach out to Jim @ Utah Dual Sport Rental or someone of the likes and set up a weekend package (flight, shuttle, bikes, hotel, etc. for set rate) for people. I think it'd be a hit :freaky

Ok, I'll shut up and turn off the lightbulbs for a bit, back to your networking people...

I need a very simple handrail for an interior stairwell. Just a straight bar with a decorative curl added to each end, and a couple of brackets to mount it to the wall. It could be iron or steel, I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. I'm in SE Denver, near Aurora and Greenwood village, although I don't see any need for the vendor to come to my place.

I'm having major surgery on the 25th (that's why I'm getting this rail), so I need it done early enough so that I can install it before then.

Can anyone recommend a vendor for this?

    Thanks

Unfortunately, my operating certificate from the FAA does not allow me to land anywhere besides Boulder. The idea is that I'm not allowed to transport people from one place to another; just to do sightseeing from one place and return there.

ps. I don't mean "trades" as in I want to trade for work. I don't. I just want to find some trustworthy, talented tradespeople.

I have a spare room you can use for a while. I moved out here from Virginia two years ago. But I am probably 40 minutes from Centennial.

If you're a mortgage lender with at least 2 years of experience, you may be interested in this: http://rockies.craigslist.org/bus/4867318080.html

It's with Cherry Creek Mortgage, and the branch manager is awesome. You'll be focused on lending to mountain communities and can work from a home office. If interested, PM me and I'll put you in touch with her.

    hey guys.

I'm looking for a long term rent of a house or a condo, somewhere within an hour or so of Denver. The closer to mountains, the better :D, wouldn't mind even some mountains if there is good internet provider which I need for current work.
I don't need a big place and a bit too old for roommates.
need a garage for the bikes :D
I'm pretty easy on upkeep, never really call maintenance.
budget is probably up to $1000-1400/mo depending on the place and area.
PM if you know someone who is renting out.

I've been living in the same apartment for last 4 years and want a bit of change of scenery and the feel of your own place.

I'm also a software engineer working mainly in .Net (C# etc) and embedded C, focusing on testing and automation, if anyone has any leads.
    Thanks!
