Glad to hear you are loving the BV350. That was one I was really interested in, but with the nearest dealer/service 40-50 miles away, I decided to not even look.

I did over 200 on the Majesty today and enjoyed the heck out of it. My Mom is still in Northern Ohio. It sounds like you all had some incredible weather in that state.

    Yea, weather was great today.

I too have concern over local service and in fact have already found that the selling dealer's service department was a big disappointment. My BV came with a bad rear tire that became more and more obvious as it was subjected to its first few hundred miles. I told the dealer what was wrong, but instead they decided the swingarm was loose (it wasnt). Then they gutted the CVT looking for a problem that didn't exist. Then they tried to give it back to me unrepaired. I made them keep it. The next day they called and said the rear tire was bad (shocking!). 5 days later they had the tire and wanted to charge me labor to Install. Keep in mind the scooter was all of three weeks old. I showed up and took the scooter and the new tire, and installed it myself. The scooter is now fixed. Pretty sad service on their part.

Regardless, that is just a bump in the road for an otherwise fantastic scooter. I'd buy it again even knowing what I know now.

Unfortunately, your experience isn't atypical for scooter dealers, and more so for Piaggio dealers which is a sad, sad commentary.

I too speak from experience but fortunately live within a hundred miles or so of two of the best Piaggio and Vespa dealers around. I wish everyone could be as fortunate.
