This is a transcontinental Adventure and Dual Sport route from near San Diego California to Tybee Island Georgia. Ride at your own risk.

This segment goes from the southern end of the Continental Divide Ride at Silver City New Mexico to the Pacific Crest Quest near San Deigo.

Here is a link to the Midwest section of this route - http://advrider.com/index.php?threads/the-southern-route-midwest.1070373/

The section of this route to the east of here is The Southern Route - Rockies - http://advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1068505

To the west of here I connect to the Pacific Crest Quest - http://advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=111885

As far as I know all roads are legal Public roads - Forest Service, county, state, etc. Off pavement as much as possible.

Note - the tracks are raw tracks containing LOTS of track points.
You may well have to filter these tracks down for some units.

I'm in the process of extending the route... to the East Coast!!!

Got it mapped, start the scouting next week.

Should have most of it done by spring, may need some tracklogs for the western most stuff.

I know some of the options I want to do in New Mexico will still be snowed in so probably won't be able to get tracks for them. One of the options for the main route should be OK though, if I make it that far! Lots of riding to do!!!

The 78, by default, turns all tracks display off when you load them. You have to turn each individual track on to display on the map.

I would be happy to provide tracks. I looked at Mr Travelers tracks and they look like a good route to me.

There was some stuff in the eastern part of the state where I don't have much experience - too much private land and too flat.

Let me know if there is any specific area you might want tracks for.

It's pretty good at the moment... but you always kinda want to tweek sections.

Got everything I need for now, and don't know when I'll get back out that way.

One of these days I'm gonna have to get a job and go back to work, in the mean time I've got to start cutting back, after all I've been on vacation 3 1/2 years!

Got everything in the can, just gotta get some pictures sorted so I can post the eastern end. It'll be a subset of my TET-S.

Minor update to the GDB and GPX files.
I've added waypoints for the hot springs near the route based upon USGS information.
The waypoints are of the form HSxxxx xxxF - meaning (Hot Spring) (arbitrary number from 1 to 1702) (water temp in Fahrenheit).
Don't know if any individual hot spring is public or private, please observe posted signs and watch out for water temperature.
    Use at your own risk.

Dropbox changed things and broke my links to everything.
I'm made new links to the DOC, GPX, and GDB files.
Trying to figure out how to fix the pictures.
