I'm having the brace pieces water jet cut...but I'm pushing to get my VW project completed right now so ill be building the braces as soon as that project is finished. It could be another month or so.

    Sorry for the delay

Inspired by this thread I have searched the source for the tank.
    http://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p/43/53/161/923/-/28402/Acerbis-Fuel-Tank?term=xr650r+acerbis+tank
This is the place with the lowest price, but I am concerned if it is the right part for my bike.
I searched the part number and it appears no were else.
Contacted Rockymountainatv and they state that this listing does not include any hardware exept cap (no petcocks, lines, T …)
Have any of you have experience buying tank for XRR from them?

If I buy the tank I am on the list for the bracket.

I just bought this item from them in january because it was the best price out there. Mine came with all mounting hardware in a sealed Acerbis box. I'm sure that yours will too.
Get yourself 3" of fuel line! What Acerbis supplies sucks. You have to take the mounts off of your oem or replace with the xr's ony ones. Thats what I did. As the oem's are subject to failure with the extra weight. Worth the piece of mind for $25!
