I test drove BMW 128, and it felt odd to me... very cramped, very hard steering, and very harsh ride. A fail for a commuter, but exceptional for weekend warrior duty.

I am getting a set of those Stylle 32s for my 85 Dinan....they look killer on the E28 as well. BTw that E9 is pretty smokin for sure but here's the one I want.

Drivetrain is good, maintained well, drives well. What I need to take a look at is all the suspension stuff, bushings, etc. I am expecting to have to do some of them, we will see. Exhaust is really loud, I will probably swap out a stock muffler to be a bit less annoying. Even with the very low suspension it rides decent and is mostly comfortable.

This one was free, maybe not a classic, but it's in fine, stock condition and it all works. 47K miles.

Jep, the best balanced BMW ever made. What BMW managed to fuck up with a z3 roadster monstrosity they managed to make up for with this little hooligan :-)

Canadian driver clocked at 154 mph on I-90 in Montana

MILES CITY — A Canadian man is charged with felony criminal endangerment after his black BMW was clocked traveling just over double the posted speed limit on Interstate 90 in south-central Montana.
Samuel Ryan Curlett, 31, was stopped by a Montana Highway Patrol trooper shortly after 8 a.m. Saturday after another driver reported someone had passed him traveling at about 150 mph. Patrol radar clocked him at 154.
Curlett — who lives in Aidrie, Alberta, just north of Calgary — made an initial appearance in Stillwater County Justice Court in Columbus on Monday. He posted a $25,000 bond and is scheduled to enter a plea in District Court on Oct. 17.
Patrol Sgt. Scott Ayers of Billings says the criminal endangerment charge was filed because Curlett almost hit another vehicle.

I was lapping the Nurburgring Nordschleife 24 hours after picking it up! Put around 2k miles on it blasting all over Italy, Germany, and Austria. I usually don't get too attached to cars, but I can't see myself ever selling this one. It's too bad BMW doesn't do euro delivery for bikes anymore (they used to) because my next trip would probably be to collect a new water-cooled GS. Seeing all the motorcyclists at Lago di Garda was killing me after riding all those roads in the little 1M.

My BMW local indy hooked me up with a 325iX from the original owner. Always wanted one, so I couldn't resist purchasing this Denver only, rust free, 5speed coupe. Should be a fun capable Colorado car to add to the fleet...

Those are a nice little E30. I like the E30 personally. The Ix, and IS are my two faves. 325 that is. As long as you know about the timing belt.....you DO yes?

    I do! :)

Due this summer based on time, not miles. This car has 150K. Full records, very meticulous service by Paddock Imports.

04 745li. Great big pile of shit. Bought it new and spent 7 years wondering if it would go a month without having to be fixed. Never have another BMW with 4 wheels.
