Super nice work Chris and Scot! These kits are the bomb. Better than the MecaSystem clamp-on setups. Super elegant and simple design.

    Again, nice work!

I would still be in that mud hole today if I hadn't had help getting it out. In fact by the time some other guys on our ride came down the same wash I was stuck in, I was so completely exhausted from trying to extract that it took major willpower to just snap a picture! It was probably the only mud hole within 20 miles, but I managed to find it! you can see it is completely dry and hard just about five feet away, but moving it that five feet was amazingly difficult.

As your departure date draws near, I just wanted to thank you for taking Chris and I along with you on your quest to get to the Dakar. I remember vividly a night last January when you came over to watch last year’s coverage and you said “I think I’m going to do it next year.” :eek1

It’s been such a pleasure to share this experience with you. And although I have given you a lot of grief for spending more time with my husband than I have this year, I wouldn’t have had it any other way!

Cheers to you Ned and dinner is on me tomorrow night! :freaky
