So, when you folks planning to land on the Rock? I'd like to make ferry reservations....

Any idea how long the jaunt up the northern peninsula might take?

Well, we've had to abandon our plans to go down east this summer. Too many overly-complicated things are going down right now and this is one stressor I could control. Some other time we'll make it down. This year will be shorter trips, less complicated to plan and execute.

    Have fun guys!

    Sorry to hear that.:cry

    I'm in!

So much so that I bought a DR650 that I hope will allow me to keep up with the various hooligans in attendance.

    So we lost our EMT...

    We lost our concsience (female)...

    I say Pin it!

    What could possibly go wrong?

I might be able to come if the ole man will lend me his Quad - I can drive it right on the ferry!

Just think - I won't be able to fall over, I could bring a huge amount of shit and its got a windscreen and mirrors!

You'll and Mike will be with us in spirit, Steph. Hope to make it over to ON sometime this summer -- even if I have to ride a bloody ROAD BIKE! (May take #1 Son on a jaunt. We'll miss you.

Does that quad have a trailer hitch? Hmmm. . .

That's why rednecks ride quads. After a box o' beer, you're useless on a bike.

Thanks Tim. No matter how much "wishing and hoping and thinking and praying, planning and dreaming each night", it just was likely to fall apart at the last minute.

Hope to see you and your son sometime this year.

    Have a great trip!

Sure does! It spends most if its time pulling Dad's trailer in the Nursery. How much beer did you want to take on this trip anywho?

Beer hurts my delicate tummy. Try this:

If you want to show on the quad, we'd be happy to see you. The paved portions are yours to figure out, though.

I think you should bring the quad along and let the chips fall where they may. We've lost our feminine conscience. We can't afford to drop our medical staff.

Everything broke while I was gone last week. When I get it all fixed I'm available for a planning powwow. Is C-stain healed yet?

C-stain can answer that, I think. I suspect not. Tib-fib is a long road of recovery.

I'm bringing my son to his Babushka Saturday, and then I'll be free for two weeks. I either need to re-wire the DRZ or sort out the carb on the KLR. We should have an informal few days riding and planning, if possible.

Hope you didn't get too much sunburn or high cholesterol at the five-star. :evil

Goddam, there's purple dinosaurs in the lounge. Be sure to wear your football cleats. Those purple mothers will chew your heart right out. You don't want to slip on the blood while heading for the exit.

C-Stain ain't healed yet, but I start Physio tomorrow. Walking isn't really working out so well so far. However, the X-Rays were looking pretty good last week.

And then there's the fact that Mrs. Stain has put the kibosh on ANY off road riding till next year. In the interest of keeping the peace, I'm listening to her.

I'm hoping to sell my Vee and replace it with a nice little KLX250 - it's for sale in the Canadian Flea Market if any of youse FFs are interested.

Perhaps Anton could fashion a hack out of a beer keg and you could still join us?

Devo had a similar tib/fib last September and I saw his mug in the group W bench picture from RedNek but he's young and you're ...
