Has anyone changed out the pillion pegs with a platform type? After too many miles my wifes feet hurt her, even with riding boots, so I am looking to see if I can find some replacement pegs that are more of a platform type. Post up if you can.

Rub it in, why doncha! We're totally thrilled when it gets into the thirties! And I'm waiting for the salty roads to be washed off with the first clensing rains of spring before I put my '12 Wee back on there.
Are those Pelican 1430 bags on the bike? I had 1430's on my KLR685 and loved em. Just the right size for most riding, simple, and VERY tough.
    Ride safe!

1430's they are! Couldn't be happier with them.

Just got back from Salton Sea. Whoa. Amazing place. I'll post pics when I thaw out and can use my hands properly again.

Great pictures ! Wish we had roads like that in The Netherlands but not having them means there`s good reason to travel :D

The windmill is there just because that signifies holland for allot of foreigners ( sorry for the bad pictures i had it on auto because i had no time to take pictures on the location for long )

The locat temperature was around : -5celsius or 23fahrenheid.

Out for a little ride today. I think I fought off the flu this weekend. The wife recovered so I had a little time. Just enough to take a little section of gravel.

During December going to the farm. Did some nasty mud gravel roads on my way there. Sometimes front wheel running left track and rear in the right. looked like a juggle master!! :rofl
