Since cornflake950 posted this thread I have gone riding "single track" twice.
Even offered to let him show us how it's done.
I am starting to think cornflake950 is someone's troll account.
:huh and you sounded like such a nice guy on the phone???
Rob, Mike, Chuck (I don't know how to spell Charles), Bundy, Bob, thanks for the props. We had some great rides. I already have some stuff to show you guys already but I need more.
I've had "victims" already.
But that's not what I'm about and you guys know that. I am doing other things besides riding, like work,
and trying to get this little beauty back on the road!
So when I get called out to do a ride in Eastern WA when I live in Western Wa with 10 or 12 hours notice and don't go!.... I realize that , yes, I am all those things that the WA crew has been calling me.
Fact is, I really like to see the posts from the riders up here and I have every intention of joining them when the time is right. They already know who they are.
I really wasn't trying to offend anyone or play internet games.
So now let's get back to the good stuff.
Show us what you got Boyz!
Riceless950, we have a long winter of fun wet riding ahead of us. I look forward to chasing ya soon and welcome.
We never spoke on the phone.
Someone is joking you or else you have your guns mixed up.
looks you may have found Tahuyah or green mountain maybe.. we have a small group that rides there all the time if your interested.. not too technical, but very tight and if you know the good stuff, you could do a 100 mile loop easily.. it's a good way to stay in riding shape during the wet months
I'm the good cop, Guns is the bad cop. Or, I'm the old grizzled guy, and Guns is the spunky youngster. It was me on the telly. You missed a somewhat damp, but pleasant ride at Taneum Monday, hope you got your brakes sorted.
I thought you were riding Tanum on Friday.
Nope, that road is paved compared with the rocks up Colockum/Brushy way.
Are you sure you talked to Gums?
That's what he told you!
Real life got in the way, again.
I could have taken Monday off with enough time to let my boss know.
Just trying to be agreeable, Keith. I hear you, plenty of places to destroy a big bike out there. Or puncture a kidney if the bike ends up on top in the match....
I hope those are the easy trails, and you're trying to suck him into a false sense of security. My grandma could ride those on a clapped out KZ900 with drag slicks, no seat, a missing muffler, rear sets, and clip ons.
I believed you right up until you said clip ons.
Sorry Guns, I did get you mixed up with Wetside. And Wetside, it was my clutch not brakes. It's all good now. Loose Banjo. I gotta fire my mechanic!
Riceless, I use to follow some of your ride reports on the mighty 950, that was good stuff. Where are you in Eastern Wa? Not much hard core in my area (Kennewick) but I would be glad to show you what we have. Good luck with your relocation, I am sure you will find some more victims.
