They're back... at least in my riding area (Suwannee County) of North Florida. The September throng of LoveBugs began arriving this Labor Day weekend. Picked up a couple on this mornings ride... the Can-Am needed a bath anyway.

Don't know about down there but the woods spiders have been building there webs across for trails for weeks now. Good eatin' when salted with sweat. I let em crawl down my face before scarfin em up.

You would never want for woods spiders in this area... Golden Orb Weaver is plentiful. Trails are covered, as well as my barn and any opening wide enough to walk. At least the web is tough enough that when walking, you can back-up, out of the web.

    Crown and SPRITE??? :puke1

I'm heading back from the cabin in Georgia this morning. Last night we were sippin' Kentucky bourbon neat, or with ice. Sprite? :huh

The woods spiders are all over the trails up here too. We were hiking yesterday in the FS land and twirling sticks in front of us as we walked! :lol3
