    I've done that road possibly 30-40 times, never in the middle of winter, amazing pics.
    I got to get down there this winter, thanks for sharing the pics:thumb

    Edit:
    Is it open throughout the winter months or do they close it, from time to time.

    No snowboarders amongst us...this is the comms tower on the top of Mt McKay.....here.. 36°52'29.62"S 147°14'35.42"E

    The pretty valley with the lake is ....wait for it.... Pretty Valley Lake....

    Mt Feathertop ....rain yesterday and much cooler temps have put a lot of the fires out...still some burning..the roads are still closed from Harrietville to Hotham and Dargo ..
