Very nice farkle! Took me about 40 mins. Rode by my dealer to show off the HDB handguards and the new light. They were impressed Greg.

What am I doing wrong? I can't get the connector off the tab so I can't even get started. Standing behind the bike I'm pushing it to the right but nothings moving and I'm afraid to break something. I tried pushing down on the tab but that didn't help.

    Help?

It is sometimes a pain in the ass. If you can't slide it off I would grab the entire connector and yank it directly vertically. It will pull that white tab out of the hole and be freed. Then you can separate the connectors, do the job, and shove the white tab back down in the hole.

Any more problems, PM me your number and I'll call ya.

Thanks for the call! I just got the connector off the tab. The connector was taped to the tab on mine too.

Nothing like starting a project right before bedtime.

Before bedtime? That's the best time for me. Peace and quiet in the garage, stillness outside and my brain actually works. Then of course I have a drink or two and realise its 2am and I need to get up at 4:30. It's work time that sucks!

Why is it my stupid career continues to interfere with my motorcycling?

All done. Less than an hour and I have no idea what I'm doing. If I did another it wouldn't take more than 20 minutes.

I did not put the connector back on the tab. All the wires fill up the space pretty well, I don't think things going to move around.

    It's frickin awesome!

Just received mine - as everyone else that has received it has said - well packaged and well put together. Now just needs to wait for it to warm up. :norton

    All-

Just received word yesterday that I will have the parts in my hands on Thursday of next week.:clap I will TRY to get them done and out on Friday. The last batch took 2-3 days to get across the US although this time Christmas will be in the way.

International guys, just a heads up that they are taking a long time to reach you. I sent one to Canada and it arrived 12/12 yet it was shipped on 11/26. I sent another to Chile and is has yet to arrive. Customs is the huge delay there so my apologies. I'll try to see about expediting the international shipments if it is cost effective.

Rob Dirt, I'll PM you this morning.

Dang! Just found this thread. I want one too. Please put me on the list for a future batch. And nice work!! Easy to justify spending money on safety.

    Dirtmonkey8, look for a PM!

Everyone have a great Christmas holiday!!! For those of you with snow, I am envious. Yes I know you cannot ride but I miss cold and white terribly and instead have wet and rainy.

Another note: I regrettably cannot make these available outside the US or Canada anymore. Some of the great countries I have had requests from have PITA import restrictions and since this is just a side gig, I can only hoop jump so much. My apologies.

If you international inmates have friends or family in US or Canada, I can ship to them and they can forward it along to you.
