I need new shoes for the 1150GS. Any suggestions for where to get them put on without all the attitude if I mail-order them, or anyone know of any realistic priced local dealers for some Tourances? My buddy with a tire changer moved away.....

(on that note, would there be enough interest in the ATL for a group buy on a decet tire changer like the VA guys?)

Get the tires at swmoto. Call Ken's 770/592-8526/and make an appointment to get them installed. Buy 2 and get free shipping/no tax. If you only want 1, call me and we can combine an order.

Thanks, Marty. Are his tire prices way out of line? I was planning on going SWmoto, but don't mind a few extra bucks to a local guy if he isn't gouging....

Got a set from him for my transalp. Cost me an extra $100 bux/his add on/shipping/tax. He does great work, but not worth that extra.

YES! I'm definitely in, and I'd bet we could talk a couple of others into it. :nod

I would recommend cycle gear, they quoted me $160 bucks for a set of tkc 80s and I heard they charge $10 per tire to mount them. There is a store on cobb parkway in the same shopping center as D.geller and son.

Thanks, I'll call them and see how they compare to sw/moto and Kens.
