Today was a good day. :D After nearly a year sitting on my lift, today I finally found the time I needed to finish up the R100 and take it for a RIDE! :freaky:freaky

Still (always?) have some things to do but t's rideable! I felt the need to share.

Thanks to the folks here that answered my questions, sold me parts, fixed the stuff I couldn't, etc... Much appreciated. :clap

Oh man, that's nice! I've always loved that S fairing. I've got a /5, and to me the headlight bucket and combined instrument in it are the defining feature of the bike. Unfortunately, it's what keeps me from putting an S fairing on it. I bet that ride felt mighty good.

You didn't even need your a-k? (Old Ice Cube/NWA reference there)

    I'll say Thacher.

Hey pit0rz, was that previously cafe'd?

Thanks for the compliments. Yup, Thatcher overlook.
Bike was previously "Cafe'd". I guess I went the non-traditional route of late and put it back to "Stock"

Yeah, I thought so; you & I have Pete Casper in common!

IDK, maybe I mentioned this elsewhere but the day I bought a "cafe" K75 from him he had just gotten a white '84 r100 he was planning to re-work...

    Looks great stock.

Yes, this is that bike. Wish I could've seen it when it was truly stock and white. I guess as it sits right now I'll call it Gen III :D
