You're not missing anything. Well, other than being able to say you've been to Connecticut :lol3

I've always had a thing for the zrex's, although I'd prefer the green.

I've got a friend in Connecticut who could probably store it indoors for you until you can plan your trip...

Hey Blake, I also have a friend in CT, in Ellington, one town north of Vernon. If you are serious and need somebody to check it out I can ask him for you. He has 4 bikes himself.

I have done the CT to Colorado route 4 or 5 times. Lots of just "sit and twist the trottle" bordom. :D

I think the ZRX should be green, but red is my favorite color for a motorcycle.

Barko1, you blow my mind with just about every post that you make.

Most of us around here ride motorcycles. Few of us are real died in the wool motorcyclists.

You and Blake come to mind when I think of motorcyclist.

Thanks:raabia I wish I were a better rider and mechanic but I am pretty good at buying them and taking them apart:hmmmmm Blake and I have Rosso Mondello's in common! Happy to be able to keep riding, thought my last back surgery (x3 now) was doing me in but am getting better and did the Chloride/Monticello ride a few weeks back. So when is the next ride :evil, I'm heading to Big Bend in January to camp/relax/ride the river road:clap Come on down.

They're the ones who put the ad up at 8:59 in the morning...that tells me that they put some thought into it before posting, wrote something up, got the picture, etc. They must be early risers. It's never too early to call.:lol3

I may regret not getting this one but the one I did get is just so cool.

I talked to this guy and he seems very honest about the bike. This would make a great ride it down the highway and play on the dirt roads when you get there bike. The price seems reasonable but of course we never pay asking price. :lol3

    Hmmm...
A pretty good replacement for the stolen Dakar. I wonder if Wolfy makes racks for it.

Nope, I asked, but Happy Trails does. I just ordered up a set and who knows if they will fit on my modded bike. So buy this one and if they don't fit I will sell them to you. :lol3 Yes it would be a great replacement for the Dakar and none of that buzzy feeling. I got to ride mine some yesterday and was quite impressed with the bike. It actually has a lot more power than I thought it would. Not 640 or 950 KTM type power but a good snap and tractor like torque. Of course mine has been put on about a 120lb diet.

    2006 Kawasaki KLX 351 - Dual Sport Enduro Dirtbike - $2700 (Coors and I40)

    <hr class="c"> Date: 2012-11-18, 8:30PM MST
<small>9xnpj-3377291296@sale.craigslist.org</small>[Errors when replying to ads?] <hr>
For sale is a rare 2006 Kawasaki KLX 351. This motorcyle is one of a kind and will take you anywhere! Approx. 7,000 miles on bike, only 1,600 miles on the top end. It was converted from the 250 to 351 by Bill Blue: http://bandbcyclerestoration.com/

    More pictures located here: http://klx351pictures.shutterfly.com/pictures#n_5

Here's all that's been done to the stock KLX 250 (big stuff done professionally):

    1. Bill Blue 351cc Big Bore Kit. (Horsepower increased from 17 to 28 HP; dyno charts to prove it)
    2. Pumper carb (installed by Bill Blue also)
    3. Big Gun Evo complete exhaust system (header and muffler) with quiet tip insert
    4. Dyno jetted and tuned
    5. One Lynx Fiberglass Fairing with adjustable windshield by Britannia Composites
    6. H.I.D. Dual Headlamps
    7. Trail Tech Vapor Digital Instrument Gauge Cluster
    8. Acerbis 3.2 gallon desert gas tank (with custom "KLX 351" stickers and extra stickers)
    9. Dirt Bagz soft panniers with rack
    10. Top case
    11. Skid plate
    12. Kickstarter kit
    13. Newer battery (Feb 2012) with SAE connector extension cable (for trickle charge, GPS, or other electronics)
    14. Tusk handlebars
    15. Tusk D Flex Handguards
    16. UFO fork guards
    17. Braided steel front brake cable

I also can include oil, filters (oil and gas), manuals, and some other extras.

The klx250 base is a great dirtbike. The extras on this make it truly unique. Bike is generally in excellent condition. This enduro also gets great fuel economy, 60+ MPG on road.

Email me first, no trades. This is a great bike offered at a big discount, but only for the next few weeks... then i put it in storage for a while.

Don't miss this buy! Broncos custom Honda Shadow. It simply is gorgeous.
Hurry before this bike is sold! It's a gorgeous looking bike. Ride this bike out to the home games and see the heads turn.
You will not find a bike like this in town. I have customized this Honda Shadow for a lucky Broncos fan.
I am only asking $2,500 for the bike. This will make one Broncos Fan a proud owner of this Custom Broncos Motorcycle.
This is sure a beauty. This 1985 Honda Shadow 500 has only 25+K miles. Custom Broncos Orange & Blue paint,
Custom Broncos Orange & Blue seat, Brand new handle, Brand new battery,
New rear tire, nearly new front tire, recent tune up with spark plugs, carbs cleaned, gas tank cleaned, head light changed and much more.
I bought this bike after I took my MRT course. It has been professionally serviced by a bike mehanic and a motorcycle racer/specialist.
I bought it and spent all this money in customizing the bike, but have decided to sell it.
    $2,500 OBO cash.
For all you Broncos Fans: I have left a lot of room on the fuel tank for your favorite Brocos stickers or Broncos custom logo.
