If you like high miles:
2009 BMW F650GS - $6000 (Alamogordo)
2007s are getting harder to find, and this one has the purdy black wheels.
Have been looking for a bike for the wife and this one came up in our price range, she however does not want a red bike...
Seems like a fair price although I'm not overly familiar with these bike.
Aprillia Caponord 1000 ccm, less than 7000 miles, very good condition. I just serviced the bike.
Windshield has a crack and ABS control light is on. Other than that bike is in very good condition.
Anyone post this up yet? I know a lot of you FFs covet the 950 SE...
2007 KTM 950 Super Enduro - $8000
I requested the VIN in this likely stolen $500 XT http://denver.craigslist.org/rvs/3712093145.html
1982 Yamaha xt550. Overall in pretty good shape for being 30 years old. Seat is in great shape, Only electrical issue I am aware of is the ignition is torn apart. Other than that the wire harness looks to be in good shape. The tank is dented. Other than that, the bike is 100% intact. Plastic is in good shape. Has original tool pouch, owners manual and some other paperwork, mostly about the electrical system. I can get it to fire and there is good compression it just wont stay running. I think a good going through is all it needs. No title as is . Has 4,xxx miles.
Thanks for looking.
Very clean, 1000 miles.
I wanted one of these for the longest time and in 5 years when my kid is big enough to ride one, I'm going to be upset I didn't buy this one.
Price seems a little high but not too much.
RARE 1987 Yamaha SRX 250 - $2800
1987 Yamaha SRX 250 for sale
This bike was only sold in the US for 1 model year (1987) making it quite rare.
The fact that it has under 2,100 miles on it makes it even more rare.
The bike is 100% stock and looks as good as it did on the showroom floor.
The bike has a 250cc multi-valve twin carb SINGLE CYLINDER motor
Amazing fuel economy! I've regularly gotten 100 MPG!
Super light! Weighs 300lbs with a full tank of gas!
Rides great, handling is excellent.
I am the second owner of the bike. The first owner was a motorcycle collector who stored the bike in a climate controlled garage, and I have continued to do the same. The bike is barely broken in!
The only flaw on the bike is shown clearly in the pictures. There is a small crack on the lower chin scoop (about 1") which has been stop drilled to prevent further cracking.
Now that is just odd, even by my standards. Cute but odd.
That would be a unique little bike for running around town. Unfortunately, I got no room at the inn.
The dealers were trying to sell them at $1,250, just to get them off the floor.
I wouldn't post something like this unless I was certain, but just a warning to other potential buyers that something is up with this seller/bike:
KTM 525 EXC Factory Racing - $3750 (Lyons)
I went to look at it the other night and felt like I needed a shower when I left the dude's garage. He gave me so many lines of blatant BS I was really tempted to call him out on the spot, but thought better of it and just went home. Not just typical used vehicle BS, but outright lies.
The bike is pretty ragged out, the wiring is not original, and the seller doesn't seem to know the history of the bike but will happily make stuff up on the spot. PM me if you want more info on my encounter.
2005 Honda XR 650L motorcycle. 12,245 mile. Used for touring by 60 yr old man. Lowering link installed. New touring tire, windshield, ready to ride!
Not mine--looks like a Kendon but not sure,
Yep that is an old square tube Kendon. I love mine and paid a lot less.
Great trailer however but a bit over priced IMHO:
Free. Trailer! (Its not me)
Single axel flatbed trailer (80905) pic
Saw it today.
Since the photo was taken, the bike has undergone a remarkable transformation. The headlight case tried to dig to China and ended up smashed to smithereens. The paint has faded a bit, and the tank has a nice sharp ding on one side. This photo is a couple years old I guess.
On the positive side, the engine is relatively tight, and it rides nicely.
It'd be tempting at $800, but not $1500, IMHO.
Owner is leaving for Mexico (permanently) in the next couple days, so I'm sure cash would talk. I'm not interested, really.
