RE: '95 KLR
Does the tank have $600 in $20 dollar bills in it?
Fun Mover motorhome, it's mine.
A lot of room for toys in the back!!!
Great looking rig.
What's the mpg in a monster like that? Does having your own bed off-set the cost of moving it with you vs. getting a hotel? Looking for a rig to travel to rallies around the northeast instead of pulling it around with my Matrix.
Gets about 8-10 mpg, at $100 a night at most hotels it is pretty good. Whats best is arriving at an event and staying put, sleeping in your own bed with your own bathroom. Most of the hotels by the tracks i race at you would not want to blue light the beds, I think the camping is one of the best parts of racing.
Well that and still owning a motorcycle when you wake up in the morning. Hotel parking lot? Maybe.....maybe not!
I agree! I usually go to Budds Creek Md. for a race in the spring and the hotel (Laquinta) across from the police station has bikes and trailers stolen all the time. Sleeping at the track with the bikes right outside my front door is piece of mind.
Everything form pictures, price and even what's on offer
An inexpensive way to start Vintage XC racing...(yes, it's mine)
Gone...in 60 minutes...bought by a fellow AHRMA racer...
what the hell was it?
posting a deleted link to a craigslist post is worthless
pics - price
does it run
Maybe you missed that it was posted then sold shortly thereafter?
Apparently he missed that...it was active and valid when posted...sold very quickly...CL add then quickly deleted to avoid folks inquiring about a bike that was sold...so the link is no longer "active"...
I did not miss it, I was just wondering what it was. I realize that some Craigslist ads get deleted by the seller when sold.
Who bought it?
What was it?
