In Va we have a short season. Remember Kramer's peach season on Sienfield? Kinda like that. This is Tomato Pie season . Tomatoes getting ripe too fast to eat or even give away. Time for Tomato Pie...

    Start with ripe tomatoes
    Put them in a crust

Sounds good. I am going to have to try that. I always end up eating at least 1 fresh tomato before leaving the garden. Wipe off any dirt and eat it like an apple. Love em.
