A store in California called Eurotech Motorsports that sells all sorts of BMW stuff is closing. I just purchased a set of brand new Hepco and Becker tank guards for my GS for $124, they normally retail for $253! They may have stuff for your bike but things are selling very fast!

Bummer. I bought a bunch of stuff through Chris (BMWEuro) for my bike. Was planning on getting my Ikons through him too. Guess I have to look elsewhere . . .

Just got some sport fork springs.

Might keep the stickers on the bike as a sort of nostalgic thing. Might be worth something someday :D

Thanks for the heads up. That propelled me into pulling the trigger and ordering that Police seat I've been mulling over.

Damnit. Chris was my new parts guy after Hucky stopped accepting CC payments. Who else on the west coast will accept electronic payments and ship USPS?

    Me too -_-

Well I got my order in for random bits that I didn't want to order before because of inflated prices. Thankful for that but bummed that another dealer has gone down :(

I'm sorta still new here but had already met Chris and he was a helpful parts guy. He was going to get me an obscure part last fall but I ended up not being able to order it yet. They guy was always helpful on the list. It's a tough business, selling parts in general, selling parts for one brand and one vintage of that brand is really tough. I wish the man luck in any of his new adventures. I hope we still hear from him in discussions.

Made a sizeable order for lots of stuff I might need. The airheads at my next tech day are gonna appreciate this.

BTW, Ted will get you the other stuff, not just what's on his Web page.

    Still we'll miss Chris.

+1 on the Beemershop. They took my plastic and sent my driveshaft via USPS very quickly up here to Canada. I will use them again.

A big +2 on that. Ted's been in the biz forever and runs a good shop.

Bummer about Chris. I've not ordered from him, yet , but he was on my list.

Anyone know what the story on the shop closing is???

Just FYI, a lot of the Eurotech parts are at a good discount, some are at MAXBMW prices, and some are a couple bucks more. I just went through every airhead part on his site.
