More power to ya. If you can fill your time building Airheads and sidecars, do it like you mean it. You can always do a parts inventory in future if you want, or not.

Just a very nice rig you show above and I can undertand the owner's big smile. Congratulations.

Thanks Dok. I have been building sidecars for about 17 years and restoring BMW's for almost 25. It is a true passion of mine.

I've had some comments about this going to vendors or flea market.

If this had been posted by the folks at Eurotech, it'd go into Vendors. If it was a private sale, it'd be in Flea Market. Since it's informational and posted only by a person that isn't affilitated with Eurotech, it stays here.

Thanks for the heads up guys and to the guys at Eurotech, sorry to see you go.

    Ride well,

That's a fabulous looking rig, by the way, Chris. Nice work. :thumb

A fellow's tempted to ask what size rims you laced to those airhead hubs?
I have the same front end (to use on the rig I'll eventually build) and might be interested to do something similar. If it's "cost effective".

Them there's 15" rims by 3.5" wide in the front, 4" wide in the back and on the sidecar.

    Gosh Chris!

It seems like just a few months ago that we were standing around talking about how burned out you were with Airheads and here you are up to your ears in em. Good on ya kid!

Anyway, this sounds like the perfect move for you to make. You'll be working for yourself, doing something that you love and dealing with people who are coming to you for the right reasons. It couldnt be better!

    Happy New Year Chris! :clap

*Update: Mr. Bower from Eurotech personally contacted me and explained why the shipping was so much. He refunded all of the Eurotech handling fees and only charged me exactly what UPS charged him to ship the item coast to coast. I was initally upset as I always ship USPS "parcel post" and avoid using UPS/Fed Ex. I am pleased with the outcome and his professionalism.
