I just finished installing my cases. I was going to go with the Holan racks but I really like Caribous fastening system for the side cases so I installed the HB racks. My plan is to rework the HB's into a 'balanced' system eventually. The offset on the exhaust side is a full 3"! :eek1

I've found that the seat fits just fine with the spacers on the grab rail but it would have been nice to integrate a new grab rail with the system, mainly because using the HB rack raises the top-case 3/4". The only other thing I'm not too keen on is how the lower brackets fasten to the foot pegs. I think it's a little ghetto but I'll probably just weld the bracket on anyway.

Overall I think this set-up is dandy and I really like the cases and how they look (and attach). :clap

Roger with Caribou was great to work with and helpful with the couple questions I had during installation.

BTW - Can anyone tell me how to upload more than one pic to a posting?

    Indeed I am too fast!

It's easier to open a photobucket account and upload the photos to there, then just copy the links to the post. That's how you post without attachments. It will just be:

Ah ha. Thanks for the info.

The top case is Caribous 34L which holds a helmet. I was told that a DS or MX helmet wouldn't fit because of the visor but my Shoei Hornet fits perfectly.

If you come out to Californy on that thing, you'd best shy away from the lane-splitting

Otherwise, it looks like you've got the party bike - just add ice and beer. :1drink
