I've had the trail stand for a while now, but just last week gave it the field test. Used it to lift the back wheel on my yamaha wr250r. Bike was on a slight incline the velcro on the front brake was required. Worked like a charm - fast and easy too.

well. This is going to be a longer stop than we'd anticipated. I looked around for something to prop up the bike, and then I remembered...

The Trail Stand™!

I'd carried it all Mobius-5 and we didn't have a single opportunity to use it. I gotta say, it kicks ass. The best part is that when you get a flat, you don't have to tax a single neuron or waste a single second figuring out how to lift the bike and hold it up. You can go right into worrying about other things, like:

"can I patch this?"

Most people think of a portable stand just for making repairs, don't forget it makes lubing your chain on a ride a breeze, longer chain and sprocket life is always good!:thumb

The fact that Dr. Rock on his long adventures forgot he even had it until he needed it is a testament to the Trail Stands unsurpassed packability. You can store it together or remove the foot, cradle or both to fit it in almost any pack. At just a shade over 10" long with the foot and cradle removed it can fit next to a tube in a lot of fender bags.

Tried the Trail Stand out on at KTM 950 Adventure on a ride the other day, worked like a champ. Lifting the front wheel it was rock solid when positioned as shown.

If you live close to the border, you can set up an account with a service like KINEK.com that have set up businesses in US border towns to accept your packages and hold them for you to pick up. Works really well. I have used mine several times without a hitch. YMMV, eh?

Steve - I ordered a stand on 11/15/10 with pay pal but other than having my account charged have heard nothing. I sent an e-mail to endurostar@yahoo.com on 11/24/10 and still haven't heard anything. Would you give me an update? John

John,
I got your order and I made the mistake of not letting your know that I was waiting on the next run of Trail Stands to get back from the platers. I thought I had covered everyone's order with and email explaining the situation but I guess I missed yours. I apologize, the next set of Trails Stands is due on Wednesday the 2nd and I will ship all orders no later than the 3rd. If you would prefer a refund I understand and will do that right away if requested. Since I missed your email I am willing to refund your shipping and still ship priority 2-3 day as soon as I get the next batch.
Again sorry for the delay, there was a bit of a run of orders and this is the first time that I had to put the Trail Stand on backorder. But let me assure you that were where on the list, I just missed sending you and email to let you know there would be a delay which was my mistake.

Sincerely,
Steve

All of the Trail Stands that were on order went out today! They all shipped USPS priority 2-3 day so most of you should get them no later than Saturday, the Alaska orders might take until Monday but my experience with priority mail is they deliver on time.
I did add a new Enduro Star Products Sticker, I think it looks cool and it makes it easier to remember where your riding buddies can get one too! :evil

Thanks for everyone's patience,:clap that was the first time I ran out before I could get the next run in, I'm planning to avoid that in the future!
Thanks again!
Steve

An update - Steve went above and beyond what was necessary to take care of my order. The world could use more dedicated vendors like Steve :clap Thanks, John

Thanks for the post John, I always try to treat folks like I expect to be treated.
Hope you only need the Trail Stand for lubing your chain and all the flats are somebody else's......and the Trail Stand will let you do the important job of "supervising" :D "Well There's your problem...":rofl

Just ordered, thanks for allowing me to not put a center stand on this Strom, all I need is LESS ground clearance. :lol3

Thanks for the order,It's on the way!
I know several guys that use the Trail Stand on a strom, as on any bike you need to find a secure spot to lift the rear wheel that won't allow the stand to slip and always use the strap-lock for the front brake when lifting the rear wheel.
Thanks again,

Received it today, much smaller than I had pictured. Very nice piece of gear.

Works great on the Strom, using a spool on the rear, and the skidplate on the front. Much more stable than I had imagined as well.

Thanks.

Glad to hear the feedback Flashmo!
If you get a chance some pics of it holding up the strom would be great!
Here's a pic to give an idea of how compact the Trail Stand is and still can lift the tallest bikes....and it only weigh's about 10 ounces!
Plus it breaks down for packing or you can leave it assembled with nothing loose, it's up to how you want to pack it....
