Wish you would make 'em for 450 RFS ('06 in my case). Got a friend with a 2005 that would take one as well.

Count me in ('06 RFS) silver no lettering. I'm spending a month (solo) in Baja next april with lots of remote trails and single track. I've had some concern about my clutch cover. This would be perfect.

I might have access to an '06 450 EXC. Does anyone know if that case is the same for '04 thru '06 RFS motors? I'm thinking of taking pre-paid orders for this case saver. I'll keep you guys posted. Just picked up a bunch of new aluminum stock so I'll be ready to make a bunch when it's time.:D

Changed in 06 (one part cover, machined deeper to allow for fixed idler gear).
Changed in 07 (became two part, so you can access clutch pack without removing entire cover).

No idea if the actual cover part remained same shape. This would be a question for KTMTalk. I expect DJH knows. I can take pics of my two part 07 if you need.

    Hmmn, fiche shows

    08 450 XC4 cover is 7803002600025 OUTER CLUTCH COVER GREY $28.98
    07 450 RFS cover is 59030026000 OUTER CLUTCH COVER 08 superceeded by 5903002600098 $98.96

So you're saying it fits both of these? I know the inner covers each mounts to is different.

You're right. It won't fit the RFS. It's based off an '08 530.
The '06 RFS might fit the '07. There's such small differences, that's why I like to have the bike to work with. Makes finding the fit for different years kinda hard. d'oh!

    Hi,
I just finished working on the newest Trailjammer Designs Case Saver for the 2011-2013 KTM 350's. These are the same aluminum alloy as the other ones I make and super strong. Natural Finish are ready to ship for $50 includes shipping right now. Black Powder Coated versions will be $60. Please contact me with any questions. I know a lot of you have been waiting for this new guard. Hope you like it. More pictures to come that are better quality.

I wanted to give a HUGE THANKS to Oscar over on the SBR Forum for letting me borrow is clutch case cover off of his 2012 KTM 350. I wouldn't have been able to make this great new product without him letting me borrow his case. It was perfect since he is local to me, too. Everyone on both of these forums sure are very helpful. Thanks to all of you!

Thanks for posting a pic of your bike Joel! Also, thanks for being patient while this was being built. :clap That looks great! I'm thinking of a limited release of some powder coated orange ones in the future if people are interested. Stay posted. :) Now go get some rides in! :D

HI SRG. We don't currently make anything for those Husabergs. If you were close to me, I could possibly make a 'one off' but it'd be at least $150. So kinda hard to make it worth it. I hope to expand to other bikes in the future if things pick up and continue to go well. Thanks for checking us out. Please tell your friends about Trailjammer Designs. :clap

HAHA! Thanks Clapped! Question of the day.....what years of the RFS motor is the outside of the Clutch Cover the same?...i don't care about the inside...just the outside...
And I'm still trying to get an RFS cover or bike to see if it can be done to my standards. The raised lettering makes it a little harder.

This would be a question best asked on the ktmtalk RFS forum. Are you a member there?
